Is the steam safe for my dog?
Yes. The steam is warm and gentle — closer to a soft, comforting mist than anything hot. It's designed to relax the skin, not irritate it. Always test it on your own hand first so you're comfortable with the warmth before you start.
Will it work on my dog's coat type?
It suits most coat types, from short and smooth to longer and fluffier. For heavily matted coats, work the mats loose gently first — the steam helps soften them, but very tight knots may still need a proper de-matting comb.
My dog hates being groomed. Will this help?

How do I clean and refill it?
